David Boas is a prominent Israeli macroeconomist with more than 40 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Mr. Boas held various key positions in the public sector, including the Director of Budgets in Israel’s Ministry of Finance (in the early nineties), strategic consultant to the Minister of Communication, and spearheaded various public committees. In the private sector, David served on the board of directors of several Israeli banks and investment companies and was the president of a software company. David also served as the chairman of the Israeli National Theater – “Habima”, and currently, is the chairman of the Israeli Film Fund. David is a board member on the Claims Conference since 2016.
